Safety Matters

We are devoted to our safety procedures and policies in order to provide a safe working environment. Even while working in difficult conditions and stressful plant conditions we treat safety as a top priority and work closely with our clients and crewmembers to ensure safety requirements exceed site specifics.

A “Safe Work Plan” is developed for every project and is reviewed and documented for the client to sign. The plan is then thoroughly reviewed and discussed with our crews before each crewmember signs the document and gets to work. Daily, on-site safety meetings recap the plan and remind crews of the specific dangers and/or challenging environments. In addition, every week our management team gathers for a company-wide safety call for debriefing and reinforcement of safety guidelines, in both the shop and the field.

Greenberry Industrial is acknowledged for logging over 4 million hours without a lost-time accident (often in dangerous situations and under critical time constraints). We’ve also set up a stringent drug and alcohol policy with a 10 percent monthly random testing program. Our employees expect to be on a team that plays by the rules. They look out for each and every person in their work area to keep each other safe.
