Project Description
This was a fast track project that we teamed with the owner and engineering firm to successfully complete. The project purpose was to bring on a new product line for the pharmaceutical industry by the end of 2011. Greenberry Industrial and the engineering firm had to work together seamlessly in order to eliminate all obstacles in order to meet the project goals.
Service Provided
- Project Management/General Contractor
- All concrete work, including tank foundations
- Fabricated API 620 tanks and jacketed ASME pressure vessels
- All heavy rigging and tank/vessel setting
- Utility bridge fabrication and installation
- 4,000 lineal feet of process piping fabricated and installed
- All structural steel fabrication and installation, including pipe supports
- All process equipment installation
- Management of all subcontractors, including excavation, insulation, scaffolding, galvanizing.
- Coordinated, expedited, and paid for building permits with the city of Albany
