Service Provided
- Worked in conjunction with owner to "value engineer" the most feasible plan for installation of the new equipment
- Design, engineer, fabricate, and erect monorail system to aid in installation of the new equipment.
- Coordination of electrical, sheet metal, fire suppression, and demolition subcontractors.
- Rigging and installation of new tanks, drag conveyor systems, and filtering system.
- Relocation of existing filter system
- Demolition of major section of wall and floor for installation of new equipment through the basement floor.
- Installation of new piping and instrumentation systems.
- Completion of all equipment installation, except tie-in's, in an operating facility without any process upsets.
- Work with factory representative in the commissioning of the new system.
- Shutdown tie-in of all conveyor, trough, and piping systems
- Work with plant engineers to minimize shutdown duration and maximize production time. By doing this we were able to knock 3 days off of a scheduled 5 day down.
