Project Description
Greenberry was selected by the owner as general contractor to remove 2 existing package boilers, and install new 7,000 lb/hr Cleaver Brooks Boiler (Supplied by Cole Industrial). This was a fast tract project which involved installation in an operating plant, and hoisting of equipment in tight, high-traffic areas.
Service Provided
- Receive and install new Package Boiler, Deaerator, and other ancillary equipment
- Fabricate and install new steam, condensate, make-up water, and natural gas piping. Tie-ins to existing plant systems
- Subcontract all electrical, instrumentation, and lighting.
- Procure and install temporary Boiler
- Insulation supply and install
- Modifications to building steel, foundations, etc
- Permits/Coordination with State of Oregon Boiler Division, and City of Portland
- Start up support
