Project Description
Complete fabrication and installation of new 20,000 gallon stainless steel aqueous ammonia pressure vessel, concrete containment area, and associated piping.
Service Provided
- Engineering and fabrication of ASME 20,000 gallon vertical pressure vessel
- Subcontract management of tank fill and vapor recovery piping system
- Fabrication of galvanized structural steel stairs, ladders, and platforms
- Subcontract management for installation of temperature, pressure, and level sensing devices
- Subcontract management of low voltage wiring of sensing devices
- Hydrotest of completed pressure vessel assembly and freight to jobsite
- Subcontract management of site preparation activities
- Subcontract management of new containment area including excavation, containment foundation, and backfill/patching
- Commissioning and start-up support
